United Way Fox Cities "walks the talk" and has for many years. The Youth Board functions as an advisory committee to the adult board of directors. Representation from all high schools in our area is welcomed. These young citizens experience first hand the inner workings of our United Way. "Learning by doing" helps develop the next generation of community leaders.
