2007 YOUTH SERVICE DAY CELEBRATION
HIGH CLIFF STATE PARK PAVILION

"Planting the Seed"



The Celebration, which was sponsored by United with Youth was held on Saturday April 21, at the High Cliff State Park pavilion. Fox Valley Area youth and their adult advisors took part in the gathering which featured a variety of activities aimed at recognizing youth and their valuable service. Over 100 youth enjoyed age-appropriate games including kickball and tag.								A mural was created with the assistance of local artists that commemorates their service. This mural will be part of the United Way Fox Cities float in the 2007 Flag Day Parade. Trees were planted by the United Way Youth Board members early in the day. And the day was made complete with a Traditional Wisconsin Grill Out. We thank the youth of the Fox Cities who are dedicating their time to improve the lives of people in our community, and recognize their efforts.
